Bring your dog to life in wool! Each piece is lovingly hand-sculpted from wool, using needle-felt techniques and framed as a mini work of art — a special keepsake or gift for any dog lover.

🎨 One dog face per piece (due to the miniature size). We do not currently offer larger sizes/portraits.

💌 How It Works

1. Place your order for a custom dog portrait.

• Include your order number
• Attach clear, close-up photos of your dog’s face (in good lighting and focus)
• Let us know your preferred background colour (subject to availability – see reference images)
• Choose your frame colour: Black or White

🖼️ What to Expect

• Each portrait is handmade from scratch and framed, ready to hang or display.

• We’ll email a photo of the finished piece for your approval before shipping.

• Minor adjustments only can be made due to the delicate nature of needle felting. Please note that this design is not an exact replica but Charlotte’s artistic interpretation of the chosen pet. She will, however, aim to capture the closest likeness possible.

• Please allow up to 4 weeks for creation before shipping. This timeframe may be subject to change/extend. If this is the case, we will email you to keep you updated with progress. We really appreciate your patience as a small business.

• Check your spam/junk folders for emails if you haven’t heard from us!

📸 Tip: The better your photo, the better we can capture your dog’s likeness — high-quality, well-lit, in-focus images work best.

• This is a miniature artwork, and while we strive to reflect your pet as closely as possible, some artistic interpretation is necessary.

• No real dog fur can be used in these commissions.

• Please read our Terms of Service and Refund/Return Policy before purchase – these are custom, made-to-order artworks.

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen/device.
