Each portrait is handmade from scratch and framed, ready to hang or display.
We’ll email a photo of the finished piece for your approval before shipping.
Minor adjustments only can be made if requested due to the delicate nature of needle felting. Please note that this design is not an exact replica but Charlotte’s artistic interpretation of the chosen pet. She will, however, aim to capture the closest likeness possible.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for creation before shipping. This timeframe may be subject to change/extend. If this is the case, we will email you to keep you updated with progress. We really appreciate your patience as a small business.
